1. Log in to cPanel and go to
File Manager.
2. Find phpList
installation directory. By default it is /home/username/public_html/phpList.
3. Navigate to config folder and click
Edit config.php.
4. Scroll down to line 563 "Message sending options" and
uncomment lines
592,
593,
596 and
607.
5. Input SMTP (mailbox) credentials (
smtpuser,
smtppassword), use
465 SMTP port and define
server hostname.
6. Click Save Changes button in the top left corner.
