You have received a lot of emails and so your mailboxes look compromised. What do?
First, before contacting Getspace customer support for further troubleshooting, we recommend that you check your mailboxes for any present viruses.
To do that, you have to log onto cPanel from your Getspace client's zone:
After you've clicked the button shown above, you will be redirected to cPanel.
Select the "Virus Scanner" option in the "Advanced" category:
Now scan for viruses (make sure "Scan Mail" or "Scan Entire Home Directory" is selected:
You're done!
